キャンセルはレッスン開始2時間前までWEBにてご自身で操作していただけます。レッスン開始2時間前までにキャンセルされずに、予約したレッスンを受講されなかった場合を「無断キャンセル」とさせていただいております。「無断キャンセル」の場合、下記について予めご了承ください。
• マンスリーメンバーの方は、３回の無断キャンセルで￥3,000のキャンセルチャージが発生します。
• チケットメンバーとドロップイン予約の方は、レッスン一回分が消化されます。
• ご予約をいただき、５分前までにスタジオにいらっしゃらない場合は、キャンセル扱いとさせていただき、キャンセル待ちのお客様をご案内させていただきます。
Cancellations can be made online up to 2 hours before the lesson starts. If you do not cancel at least 2 hours before the lesson starts, and you do not attend the reserved lesson, we will treat it as a "no-show".
In the case of "unauthorized cancellation", please be aware of the following.
• Monthly members will be charged a 3,000 yen cancellation charge for 3 unauthorized cancellations.
• Ticket members and drop-in reservations are eligible for one lesson.
• If you have made a reservation and are not at the studio 5 minutes in advance, it will be treated as a cancellation and you will be directed to a waiting list.
